Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy for 2k Book Centre, 2BC.

Returns:
We have a 72-hour (3-day) return window, which means you are allowed 3 days after receiving your order, to request a return.

Kindly note that as of now, we accept returns for these 2 reasons:

1. Your book or item was severely damaged before it reached you, that is, while still in the care of 2k Book Centre (2BC) or our staff.
2. You received the wrong book or item.

Initiating a return:
To initiate a return, kindly contact us by Phone, WhatsApp or Email. Please care to include your Order number and a clear Photo (or more), of the book or items and its packaging, so we can look into it quickly.
If your return is accepted, we'll share the mode of return and instructions with you. Books or items sent back before we've spoken may not be accepted, so kindly reach out to us first.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order when it arrives, and contact us as soon as possible if something isn't right, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs depend on the cause of the issue. We're glad to cover them when the issue is solely on our side, and in other cases the cost may be shared or on your side. We'll always talk it through with you before anything is sent back.

Pre-orders and On-order Books and Items:
Unfortunately, once a Pre-order or On-order book or item has been ordered, a full refund isn't guaranteed if you cancel before contacting us.
That said, if you contact us by Phone or WhatsApp before we've started preparing or pre-ordering your book or item, we'll gladly do our best to find a solution with you.
