Seven Days in June by Tia Williams

This second-chance romance follows Eva Mercy, a single mother and bestselling erotica writer, and Shane Hall, a reclusive literary novelist, as they unexpectedly reunite at a New York literary event fifteen years after a intense, weeklong teenage fling. Over one week in June, the successful authors confront their shared history, secret communication through their published books, and deep personal struggles with chronic pain, addiction, and past trauma to reclaim love.
