The Hundred Years' War on Palestine by Rashid Khalidi

The Hundred Years' War on Palestine frames Palestinian history from 1917 to 2017 as a colonial war waged by international and regional powers against the native population. Rashid Khalidi analyzes six pivotal declarations of war, starting with the Balfour Declaration, to show how Zionist settler-colonial ambitions relied on Western imperial backing. Blending personal family history with rigorous analysis, he details the ongoing erasure, resistance, and displacement shaping the conflict.
